How to design a cheerful and stress -free Sunday for a successful week

You probably already know that the exercise is valuable to your spiritual, physical, psychological, emotional and relational well -being. You can have a Sunday exercise routine already in your schedule in which you take part in classes or go to the gym. To prepare for a really wonderful week and feel cheerful on Sunday, start the day from going outside. Ideas include walks, running, traveling, cycling, swimming, skating, yoga outside or surfing. This type of movement can support bring a sense of joy, peace, admiration, connection and positiveness. Listen to great music, podcast or sounds of nature around you. Don’t let the bad weather discourage you, running in the rain is equal to me a therapeutic session!
