The environment is not only physical spaces, but also has aspects of time and energy. There are various exercises that you can get involved here, but without a trainer I just recommend a return to an empty sheet of paper to start brainstorming and take notes. Ask yourself, what are the aspects of the environments in which I like to be? What do these environments look like, sound? Do they have to stimulate visually? Are they swift? Are they pressure, high energy and cacophonous, or are they calmer, tranquil and relaxed? Remember the times when you felt stressed and the times when you felt confident. Are there any emerging patterns that can be seen here?
